US Gov. Portals with Mobility, Personalisation and Simplicity
Simplicity is my favourite. Matt Williams at govtech.com describes a new breed of US State Government portals.
For example - “…it’s important for IT shops to foster a “culture of continual improvement” for their Web space, where changes are made in months instead of years.”
